I love my university

I think that all career must be updates while the time's passing because the world is in a constantly change of needs.

In my case, I would say that we have too many subjects. I understand the communicational focus of the career but if I chose to study cinema I must be doing more cinema than other things, sometimes I feel like we're studying to became sociologists. 

More subject doesn't mean more quality in the way we do our works, more subjects means less quality of life; we sleep less and eat badly just because we don't have the enough time. 

Added to that the university infrastucture is poor. First, we barely have places to have lunch, we have to sit at the ground and that would be ok if places have roofs to avoid the sun in the summer and the rain in the winter. Second, yes, exist study rooms but they're like full all times and they close too early, so if we wanna work in groups we must meet at someone's home (that's difficult to coordinate because we all live in very differents places of Santiago) or distribute the work (not always ends good because you need to talk and that's the idea of group works). Third, since I enter to the university there's always a construction building and that's too annoying. And I would say others, but shouldn't be so hater.

I would say that the use of technology it's fine but obviously it could be better.

On the other hand, there's the teaching methods, and the thing is that the most of the people who teach us cinema aren't teachers, so you could have random 'bad' and 'good' teachers but it doesn't depend on you...
